In order to improve the quality, introduce effective methods of quality control and international methods of quality control Quality Management department was created in the group of TELS Companies.

The main tasks of the Department:

  • Realization of the Politics and Goals of integrated management system.
  • Organization and realization of activities aimed at introduction, functioning and perfection of management system.
  • Practice of the internal standards in regional subdivisions, influence of the certificate on all active subdivisions of the Group of TELS Companies.
  • Realization of coordination between the subdivisions based on transparency and competence.
  • Creation of effective business processes.
  • Maintenance on a high level of business standard and discipline of performing.
  • Constant upgrading of the employees in the area quality and environmental protection.
  • Development and use of the personnel potential.
