The department of quality management within the group of TELS companies was created and has been in successful operation to encourage quality improvement, to introduce effective methods of quality management and international standards on quality management.
Main Goals of the Department are:
- to follow Quality Policy and Objectives;
- to arrange and fulfill activities on creation, introduction, successful functioning and improvement of quality management system; to spread internal quality standards to regional subsidiaries, extend certificate application over all operating subsidiaries of the group of TELS companies;
- to provide an interaction mechanism between structural subsidiaries on the basis of transparency and high performance, to create effective business processes, to maintain a high level of business culture and performance discipline, to detect and encourage the potential of all company's employees;
- to carry out monitoring and assessment of efficiency of QMS functioning at the group of TELS companies; to control the compliance with all the rules and regulations reflected in the documents of quality management system;
- to increase performance and efficiency of any processes in accordance with consumers' needs and interests;
- to implement the project on introduction of the integrated system of quality management and environmental management into the group of TELS companies;
- to keep in touch with other external companies regarding such questions as quality management system functioning.
