The company has created favourable conditions for fruitful work. Every working place is prepared well in advance a new employee starts his work. All employees have a right for a 28-day paid holiday. Besides the social benefits foreseen by the legal system, the company provides its employees with free lunch; great attention is paid to sport and recreation activities. The employees are given financial and organizational support while visiting cultural and sport events. It is a common practice to give presents to the employees if they have completed the probation period successfully, if they mark a working-period anniversary at the company, if they have a birthday celebration or a wedding anniversary and if a child is born. Some professional contests are held in a number of nominations such as the best departments, divisions, employees according to achievements at the end of the year when greetings and valuable presents are given.
