Planning of the company's personnel requirements is a part of the whole process of strategic planning in the group of TELS companies.

Strategic goals help to evaluate all important decisions concerning human resources. This issues may include such points as forecasting of company's human resources needs; determining which divisions and departments are to be created as a result of the strategy realization; which specialists are to be required, in particular how many new employees, which positions should be key ones, etc.; defining efficient ways of attracting required personnel; approving the budget and all the necessary resources to fulfill all scheduled activities.

Thanks to the strategy and working system of personnel planning, every employee can plan his/her career and make an attempt to take up new positions.

Personnel planning contributes to the solution of such problems as qualitative or quantitative man-power shortage and helps to provide certain directions in work with personnel.
