The group of TELS companies carries out monitoring of carrier companies' work for compliance with the standards and requirements on a permanent basis. The special monitoring log file is kept to register some non-compliance and to control cargo transportation. The information about every transportation is registered according to the following parameters:
- Time and date of arrival for loading;
- Time and date of departure after loading;
- Time and date of arrival for unloading;
- Time and date of departure after unloading;
- Any failure to provide a vehicle for loading;
- Information about location of any vehicle with cargo;
- Information about damage to cargo;
- Cargo reception by an unauthorized person;
- A complete set of necessary documents (goods description and shipment ones);
- Compliance of actual loaded cargo with the cargo as per shipment documents;
- Compliance of cargo securing with all safety requirements of cargo delivery;
- Compliance of a vehicle with all requisition terms.
Quality transportation is the one when the carrier hasn't made any divergence from transport order and contract terms.
Deep analysis of parameters of carrier companies' work over recent period lets us rate every company accordingly and as a result of this rating build our partnership relations with a contractor.
