The carrier companies support department within the group of TELS companies was created and has been in successful operation so far to guarantee the quality of rendered services and to reduce risks of nonobservance of delivery terms. The main department's task is to coordinate and follow strategic, conceptual directions and take measures on close cooperation with carrier companies in order to provide high quality freight capacity.
Main functions are:
- identification and selection of carrier companies;
- monitoring of carrier services for compliance with the company's standards and requirements;
- establishment of long-term relations with carrier companies;
- open and clear exchange of information with our partners;
- joint efforts to improve rendered services;
- mutual clear understanding of client's needs and requirements;
- exchange of information and future plans.
