The Representative Office of T.E.L.S. Transeuropean Logistic Services Ltd. was opened in Minsk (Belarus) in 2002 to carry out all business matters on behalf of the Head office.
Main functions:
- promotion of international agreements between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Belarus on cooperation in the fields of transport, trade, economy, finance and search for opportunities for further development and improvement, an increase in the volume of trade and cargo delivery;
- study of Belarusian goods markets, extension of TELS's business field;
- study of the investment opportunities in the Republic of Belarus;
- promotion of trade and economic relations between countries;
- coordination of market research and advertising operation of TELS in Belarus;
- gathering of information about Belarusian market;
- search for business partners in Belarus;
- protection of TELS's business interests, including any legal acts on behalf of TELS, filing of claims, participation in legal trials and arbitration proceedings in Belarus;
- performance of any ancillary and preliminary activities on behalf of T.E.L.S. Transeuropean Logistic Services Ltd.
