In 2006 as the company decided to acquire its own heavy hauler car park, our new office — "TELS CARGO" LLC was registered in Moscow (Russia), which started a large-scale campaign to improve our customer service.
The fact that we have our own freight transportation vehicles gives us greater freedom and improves our customer service. Modern DAF XF 95 and MAN TGX 18.400 trucks (all EURO-3 and EURO-4 ecology class according to Economic Commission for Europe instruction 49), driven by skillful, qualified and experienced drivers, plus KOEGEL and SCHMITZ semi-trailers with body space of 93 m3 and sliding roofs, which make any loading-unloading processes faster and increases safety for drivers, meet all modern requirements to make the whole process of cargo delivery highly professional and safe. We track all our trucks on the road via mobile communication to give our clients the most up-to-date information on the cargo location while delivery. All vehicles are fully equipped and the drivers are certified to deliver hazardous goods (ADR).
