ISO

Management System of the Group of Companies.

Since the establishment of TELS the directorship of the Group of Companies has determined the main philosophy of the Company which is high quality of the services provided, anticipation of the Customers' demands as well as cautious attitude to the environment in accordance with the environmental regulations.

TELS Group of Companies claims about the tendency to develop and the existing Management System, which corresponds to the demands of the international standards.

MS ISO 9001-2000.

Management System of the TELS Group of Companies exists from the moment of creation of the Company and corresponds to the Quality Managemnt System based on the demands of ISO 9001-2000.

The first Certificate of conformity to the demands of ISO 9001-2000 was received from the representatives of the International Certification System IQNet company "TEST — St. Petersburg" in 2005. Every year we confirm our conformity to the international standards during inspection audits.

According to the results of the year 2006 company TELS BY became a prize winner in the national contest of Republic of Belarus — "Freight forwarder 2006", in the nomination "Creation of the quality management system of transport and forwarding services". The contest was conducted by the International Association of Freight Forwarders "BAME" with the official support of the ministry of transport and communication. The prize confirmed once again the high quality of our services.

In June 2007 was established a quality management department. The functions of the department are to support the Quality Management System and its constant perfection as well as integration of other Management Systems, based on the international standards ISO.

During the Year 2007-2008 in the Quality Management System of the Group of Companies was integrated Environmental Management System which corresponds to the MS ISO 14001-2004 requirements. Important ecological aspects have been determined within the System.

Correspondence of the integrated management system to the MS ISO 9001-2000 and MS ISO 14001-2004 requirements was confirmed during certification audit, which was held in September 2008 by the auditors of the Certification Association "Russki Registr", partner of the International System IQNet. The auditors gave high evaluation to the integrated management system.

In October 2008 was held SQAS-evaluation of TELS Polska SP.z.o.o. The regional office was evaluated in accordance with the requirements of the European Chemical Industry Council for transport and forwarding companies. The evaluation was held by Bureau Veritas Certification, auditors who are authorized to give evaluation to the transport and forwarding companies for CEFIC. During evaluation the following aspects have been taken into account: quality of the services, environmental protection, labour protection and safe transportation. The report of the evaluation is open for all companies — members of CEFIC in electronic data bank of the organization.
